Who are we?

We are BreathWorx — Professional facilitators who share a fascination with the power of breath. We share the drive to seek out new environments and experiences that test self-perceptions and limitations. Like many, we also share the basic human need to connect with ourselves and with the world around us. We realize conscious breathing is simply the most effective tool for alignment and execution across disciplines.

After countless hours of research, travel and training as students and teachers we have built and rebuilt the blueprints of time-tested methods for easy accessibility. We have gone to great lengths to bridge the gap between ancient Eastern wisdom and the modern, Western analytical mind. We know the tools that work because we have tested and practiced them first-hand. Now, we offer BreathWorx for the most intimidated novice, the most ambitious practitioner and anyone in between.

We’re educators with backgrounds that span traditional teachings such as yoga, qigong, martial arts, healing arts and meditation as well as professional athletics, entrepreneurship and corporate leadership.  We are inspired by the limitless nature of human capacity and acknowledge the personal responsibility we each have in actualizing true potential. Of ours and of those around us.

Gabor Boczonadi

Gabor is a professional athlete, turned corporate warrior turned human development facilitator. His exposure to the connection between movement, breath and performance started at the age of six as a competitive tennis player. After pursuing tennis professionally he turned to corporate America where we worked as a Regional Director at a multinational marketing agency. It was that search that led him to yoga, breathwork and mindfulness training.
